How to cook Dorado fish

Ingredients

For the fish we will need:

  • 1 medium dorado fish
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small tomato
  • aromatic herbs to taste
  • salt pepper to taste

For the fish’s sauce we will need:

  • One tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • One teaspoon of chopped capers
  • 6 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 teaspoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the salad we will need:

  • 100 g salad leaves
  • 5 small cucumbers
  • 34 slices of lemon
  • 1 small bunch of grape
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish
  2. Prepare the aromatic herbs
  3. Slice lemon and tomato into rounds
  4. Season the fish and the vegetables
  5. Place the aromatic herbs and all the sliced vegetables inside the fish
  6. Put the fish on the baking tray
  7. Sprinkle it with olive oil
  8. Cover the fish with the baking paper and put the it in the preheated oven at 190°C (375°F ) for 20-25 minutes
  9. To prepare the sauce, mix together all the ingredients
  10. Cut all ingredients for salad and season it to taste
  11. Put the fish fillet on the plate and serve with salad and sauce
  12. Enjoy your meal!
