  • Capers. You can use marinated or salted capers. If you use capers in salt, you will need to wash them under cold water and drain them afterward.
  • Chili Powder. You can replace them with sweet paprika if you don’t like spicy food.
  • Oregano. Besides oregano, you can add dried thyme or use a mix of Italian aromatic herbs.
