This 4 ingredient bacon and egg pie is a quick and delicious pie that is packed of flavor even if we are using minimum ingredients. Perfect when you’re limited on time and budget.

Ingredients:

Spread the dough in a thin layer and arrange it in a casserole. Cut the excesses.

Break the 6 eggs. Put one egg yolk aside in another plate.

Over the eggs put the chopped leeks and sliced bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Pour the mixture we just did in the casserole.

With the dough that remained earlier, spread it evenly and cover the casserole. Using a fork stick the edges of the tart.

Bake the pie for 50 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
