Air Fryer Potato Skins

A tasty and easy appetizer that you can make in the air fryer from a few simple ingredients. Stuffed with fried bacon, onions, and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients:

Bake the potatoes in air fryer for about 30 minutes at 400°F.

Cut the potatoes into halves and scoop the core from them.

In a bowl, mix the fried bacon with cheddar, onions and season with salt and pepper.

Fill the potatoes with the stuffing mixture that we just did.

Bake the potato skins for a few minutes until the cheese will melt.

Before serving, over them add sour cream and chopped onions.
