Baked Vegetables in White Sauce

Baked vegetables in white sauce is a comfort food made from potatoes, mushrooms, cauliflower, spinach, broccoli, garlic and cooked in heavy cream.

Ingredients:

Heavy Cream

Butter

Slice the onion and garlic and fry them in melted butter.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes. 

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Move them in a casserole. Put over them the fried vegetables that we just cook.

Add the heavy cream over all the vegetables. Season with spices. I used salt, nutmeg, and black pepper.

Cover the casserole with an aluminum foil, and bake them for 25 minutes at 350°F.

Add broccoli, cauliflower, and spinach. Mix everything well.

Cook everything for extra 7-10 minutes at 350°F

Serve the baked vegetables in white sauce while it is still hot.
