Beans and Halloumi Stew

Beans and halloumi stew made with canned beans, bell peppers, and onions. Simmered in a flavorful tomato sauce, and topped with a few slices of fried halloumi cheese.

Ingredients:

Canned Beans

Tomato Sauce

Halloumi

Bell Peppers

Onion

Garlic

Fry the onions, garlic and chili flakes in olive oil.

Add the bell peppers and the spices over the onions.

Mix well and cook  the bell peppers until they will soften a little bit.

Add canned beans and canned tomatoes and cook them for 30 minutes.

Take a frying pan and fry the halloumi slices on both sides.

Now, serve the beans stew with fried halloumi slices.
