Beef With Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Beef cooked in a creamy mushroom sauce with garlic, mustard, soy and butter. Ideal for a special ocassion or just to treat yourself on a regular day.

Ingredients:

Season the meat with salt and pepper then fry the beef in melted butter. Set the meat aside.

Fry the sliced onions in the same pan.

Return the meat into the pan with mushrooms and pour cream.

Add mustard and soy sauce. Mix well and cook on low heat until the sauce will boil.
