Beef Noodles with Veggies and Sesame

Delicious and easy-to-make rice noodles with beef, fried carrots, bell pepper, garlic, sesame seeds, and soy sauce. It is an explosion of Asian flavors that everybody will ask for more.

First of all, marinate the beef. Cut it into strips and marinate with soy sauce, corn starch and black pepper to taste.

Cut the vegetables into thin slices.

In a frying pan, fry the sesame seeds to intensify their taste. Put them aside.

In the same saucepan, add a little bit of olive oil and fry the beef in it. Leave the meat aside.

Now fry the sliced vegetables and add over them the soy sauce.

Put the beef above the vegetables that we just fried and mix well.

Add the starch and a glass of water to make the composition more juicy.

Add honey and lemon juice over the rest of the ingredients into the saucepan.

Cover the pan with a lid, and cook everything on low heat until the sauce will become denser and creamier.

Cook the rice pasta using the instructions from its package.

When the vegetables are cooked enough, add garlic, and sesame seeds. Stop heat. Mix everyting

Add the rice noodles over the veggies.

Mix well all the ingredients.

At the end, you can sprinkle some green onions or other aromatic herbs you prefer. Enjoy your delicious asian pasta with beef and veggies.
