Creamy Beet and Celery Puree

Add a pop of color to your meal with this vibrant beet and celery puree! It is easy to make, looks stylish, and it is a perfect side dish for any occasion. This creamy puree will brighten up any meal.



- Beet - Celery - Salt - Pepper - Olive Oil - Milk - Butter

Let's prepare the beet puree. Cut the celery and beets into cubes of about 1".

Salt to taste and pour over olive oil. Mix all the ingredients well.

Put all the vegetables in a baking bag. Tie the bag and preheat the oven to 375F.

Cook the vegetables for about 35-40 minutes.

After that, mix the roasted vegetables a little bit with a blender.

Add over the puree, a little bit butter and milk. Mix well.

Repeat the process  until you get the density of puree that you want.
