Best Creamy Polenta

Ingredients:

Cornmeal • Milk or Water • Butter Parmesan Salt

In a deep pan, pour water and right after that, pour the cornmeal. Mix well.

Add salt, mix until it will start to boil.

Reduce the heat to low, and pour oil or butter into the pan.

Cover with a lid and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

Add freshly shredded parmesan.

Mix well and serve the polenta until it is still hot.
