A delicious and tender pork loin ready in no time. By cooking it in the air fryer, you will make it perfectly juicy inside and crispy on the edges. Give it a try!

Ingredients:

Season the pork with fennel seeds, thyme, oregano, rosemary, black pepper and olive oil and other spices you prefer to use for pork.

Cook the pork loin at 400F for 10 minutes to give it a crispy crust.

Lower the temperature to 350F and cook the pork loin for 25-35 minutes.

For the sauce, peel the tomatoes that we cook together with the pork and add over them the sauce that drained from the meat while it cooked.

 Optionally, you can add chopped parsley or other herbs you prefer.

Mix everything with a fork or blender.
