Cabbage pudding casserole is a perfect recipe for using leftover cabbage and to make an easy and delicious comfort food for the entire family.
Cut the cabbage, onions and carrots. Put them in a large bowl near ground pork.
Add breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, salt and mix well.
Put the composition in a casserole and slighly press on it with your fingers to eliminate the air excesses.
