Delicious Chinese salt and pepper chicken that is made by cooking the meat into a mixture of salt, pepper, sesame seeds and bell peppers, onions and chili peppers.

Ingredients:

Cut the meat into similar-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oil to 350F in a deep pan and drop a few strips of chicken meat in it.

Remove the meat from the pan when they will get a nice golden color.

In a wok, fry all the sliced vegetables with a little bit of oil for 2-3 minutes on high heat.

Add the fried chicken strips over the vegetables, mix and fry for one extra minute.

In the end, you can sprinkle over some sesame seeds for an extra flavor and texture.
