Bay Leaves
Put the chicken, carrots, onions and celery in a pot and pour cold water.
Boil on low heat for 50 minutes. Strain and keep the liquid.
Add noodles, cook for 4 minutes.
Remove meat from bones, add to soup.
Add parsley, turn off heat to preserve color.
