Couscous With Lemon and Parsley

Simple and delicious couscous recipe that you don't need to boil. A simple recipe of couscous with lemon and freshly chopped parsley. It is a side dish that will go well with almost anything.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup Couscous - 1 cup Boiled Water - 1 tsp Lemon Zest - ¼ cup Fresh Parsley - 2 tbsp Olive Oil - 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Pour in a bowl the amount of couscous you want to cook.

Shred a little bit of lemon zest over.

Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Mix well all the ingredients.

Add water. Keep 1:1 couscous to water ratio.

Cover with a cap for about 8-10 minutes.

After the couscous absorbed the liquid, add 2 tbsp of lemon juice.

In the end, chop aromatic herbs you like to use. I used fresh parsley.

Mix well and the couscous is ready to be served.
