Creamiest Saffron Risotto

Ingredients:

Pour hot water above saffron pistils in a glass. Cover to infuse.

In meantime, chop the onions and fry them in butter.

Add a ladle of broth into the frying pan. Cook until it will evaporate.

Add the wine, mix continously until it will evaporate.

Add one ladle of broth into the pan. Stir the rice until it will absorbed. Repeat 5-6.

5 minutes before the rice is done, pour the saffron infusion. 

Mix well the rice and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

When the rice will be "al-dente" put the butter. Mix well.

Turn off the heat and add the shredded parsmesan. Mix well.
