Creamy Polenta

The Italian polenta, is a porridge made from cornmeal. It is very simple, delicious and it is a versatile dish.

Pour water in a pan then pour cornmeal and mix well.

Add salt and keep mixing until the water starts to boil.

Set the heat to low and add oil or butter.

Cover with a lid and simmer for 30-40 min.

Add Parmesan.

Serve the polenta while it is still hot.
