Creamy Turkey Fricassee

Creamy Fricassee made with turkey meat. Tender and juicy meat infused in a rich, savory, and creamy sauce. An ideal comfort food that everybody will enjoy!








Fry the turkey thighs in melted butter. Set the meat aside.

Caramelize the chopped onions in the same butter that you fried the turkey.

Add the mushrooms and cook them for 5-7 minutes.

Add the chopped garlic and flour. Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the broth and spices. Mix well.

Add the meat back to the sauce pan. Let it cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

Add the cream. Mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Our turkey fricassee is ready to be served!

You may sprinkle some freshly chopped aromatic herbs like parsley.
