Dorado With Tomatoes, Lemon and Herbs

Delicious dorado fish cooked in the oven with tomato slices, lemon, parsley, thyme, and basil. Delicious fish meal for any occasion. Serve near a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients:

Wash and remove all the excesses from the dorado fish.

Slice the lemon and tomatoes. 

Season with salt and pepper the tomatoes, lemons, and other aromatic herbs you plan to use.

Put the aromatic herbs, lemon and tomato slices inside the fish to make it more juicy.

Put the dorado fish on a baking tray, and optionally, you can add a few more tomatoes and lemon slices on top of the fish.

Bake the dorado fish at 375°F for about 20-25 minutes.

Serve it whole or portioned near a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
