4-Ingredient Hummus with Tahini

Creamy and flavorful 4-ingredient hummus with tahini. Made with chickpeas, garlic, and lemon juice, drizzled with olive oil and a little bit of paprika. A healthy and easy vegan snack inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine.

Ingredients:

In the bowl of the hand blender, combine all the ingredients.

Mix everything thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved. Taste and adjust salt and black pepper if necessary.

To add flavor and visual appeal, I sprinkled a touch of smoked paprika along the plate's edges.
