Egg Yolk Sauce

Delicious and very easy to make egg yolk sauce made from scratch from only 3 ingredients. Serve it near a piece of meat or fish.

Ingredients:

Butter

Salt

Lemon Juice

Egg Yolks

Melt the butter in a sauce pan on the stove.

Use the "Bain Marie" technique to prepare the sauce. Put a bowl over a saucepan with boiling water.

Add salt and lemon juice into the bowl. Mix everything well.

Add all the melted butter little by little and mix continuously.

Continue to steam the sauce until desired consistency.

The egg yolk sauce is ready to be served!
