Pork Chops
Garlic
Olive Oil
Pepper
Rosemary
Butter
In a frying pan, melt the butter, and fry in it the rosemary, garlic cloves and add a little bit of olive oil.
After the butter will melt, put the pork chops over the flavored oil. Brown the meat on one side for about 4 minutes.
Flip the pork chops on the second side and fry for another 3 minutes. You can take a spoon and pour over it a little bit of the oil in which we are frying it.
Also, don't forget to fry the sides of the pork chops.
After you finished frying the meat, put it on a plate, season with salt and pepper and leave it to rest for about 5 minutes.
Today I served the pork chops with fried squash and a quince chutney. Yummy!
