Delicious Gratin Potatoes Dauphinoise Without Cream made from only a few simple ingredients. It is a lighter variations because we will substitute the cream with milk, but will get a similar creamy texture.

Ingredients:

Slice potatoes and arrange them into a casserole. Cover them with cream, garlic, nutmeg and thyme. Repeat this step two more times.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and cook for 50 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Enjoy!

Serve while it is still hot, creamy and cheese melts!
