Greek Chicken With Veggie


Mix oil, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper in a bowl. Adjust salt according to lemon pepper's saltiness.

Coat the meat with half the marinade. Let it marinate.

Wash and chop vegetables into large pieces. Toss in a casserole with the remaining marinade.

Place meat in the pan, add vegetables around or on top. Sprinkle cherry tomatoes and olives.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until meat is cooked. Baking times may vary.
