Ground Beef Carbonara

Easy Pasta Carbonara made with ground beef. Ideal for those who can’t eat pork meat but want to try  a plate with Italian carbonara pasta.

Ingredients:

Beef

Parmesan

Butter

Eggs

Spaghetti

Put the water to boil for pasta. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan.

Fry the ground beef meat  in the melted butter on medium heat.

After that, prepare the sauce. Mix parmesan with eggs and black pepper.

Mix everything until you will get a uniform composition.

After you cooked the pasta, move it over the fried beef.

Take ⅓ cup of water in which you boiled the pasta and add it over the egg sauce.

Add the egg sauce over the pasta and ground beef.

Mix well and the beef carbonara is ready to be served!

Before serving, sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley for extra color and freshness.
