5 Pounds of tomatoes 3 Garlic Cloves Fresh Basil Leaves 1 Bay Leaf Black Peppercorns Salt Sugar (Optionally)

Needed Ingredients:

Blend the tomatoes, basil and garlic cloves.

Pour the mix into a sauce pan, add the salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. If the tomatoes aren’t sweet enough, add a tbsp of sugar. Cook them how 1 hour on low heat.
