Did you try making your own homemade burger buns from scratch? They come out much better then the store-bought, you can make them to your own taste and they are healthier as we will use only good ingredients.

Get ready the ingredients. They should be all of the room temperature.

Using your mixer, mix all the dry ingredients.

Add warm water and mix for about 15 minutes to get a uniform mass.

Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and mix until the oil will be absorbed by the dough.

Put the dough on the table and divide it into 4-6 similar sized piecces.

You can use a kitchen scale.

Cover a baking pan with baking paper and then cover the dough with a clean damp towel.

After about 45 minutes the dough should double in the volume.

Optionally, for a better color, brush the buns with a beaten egg.

Sprinkle the burger buns with sesame seeds or other mix of seeds you prefer eating on the bread.

Bake them in the preheated oven at 375°F for about 30-40 minutes
