Fresh lemon and cappers sauce that fits very well with some roasted vegetables or fish. Just chop parsley with cappers, and add a little bit of lemon juice, olive oil. In the end, season with salt and black pepper to taste.

- 1 tbsp of chopped parsley - 1 tsp of chopped capers - 6 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice - 6 teaspoons of olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste

Needed Ingredients:

Chop the parsley and  mix it with capers, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper

Add lemon juice and olive oil.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Season with salt and black pepper to your taste.

If you're using salted cappers, skip the salt.

Mix everything well and your cappers sauce is ready to be served.

Today, I served it over a delicious piece of dorado fish.
