One-Pot Lentil Ragout

Warm your soul with our comforting Lentil Ragout. A delicious one-pot recipe featuring tender lentils, sweet onions, and a touch of umami from anchovies. Perfect for a nutritious weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

Lentil

Bay leaf

Garlic

Onion

Anchovies

Carrots

Parmesan

Chop the vegetables and cook them for about 3 minutes until they will soften slightly.

Add aromatic herbs, spices and anchovies. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minute.

Add lentil, parmesan rind and 2 cups of water. Cook them for about one hour.

Remove the the parmesan rind and lentil ragout is ready to be served!
