One-Pot Pepperoni Pasta

Indulge in the bold flavors of One-Pot Pepperoni Pasta! A quick, satisfying dish with garlic, chili flakes, and oregano, cooked all in one pot.

Ingredients:

Pasta

Salami

Garlic

Oregano

Tomato Sauce

Parsley

Parmesan

Pour the olive oil, oregano, garlic and chili flakes in a frying pan. Cook on low for 2-3 minutes to aromate the oil.

Add the tomato sauce over, a cup of water and black pepper. Mix well and cook for 20 minutes.

Add the pasta, mix and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Add the sliced salami, stir, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add parmesan and chopped parsley.
