This Polish Goulash is packed full of flavors and it is very easy to make even if you are a beginner. All you will need is pork meat, carrots, onions, tomatoes, garlic, and a few spices.

Cut the pork into similar-sized cubes and cover on all sides with all-purpose flour.

Fry the meat on a high heat, until you get a golden crust (about 7 minutes.

In the same pan, fry the onion, garlic, and tomatoes for about 7 minutes on medium heat.

Add spices over the vegetables and fry everything for another 2-3 minutes.

Put the pork meat, and fried vegetables in a stew pan. Pour over the sliced carrots and vegetable broth.

Mix well and let everything to simmer for one and a half hour.
