Easy Pork Goulash Recipe

Easy Hungarian recipe for the pork goulash cooked on the stove on low heat. A delicious comfort food for entire family.

Ingredients:

Cut the meat into smaller pieces and cover it with all-purpose flour.

Fry the meat on high heat for 5-7 minutes to get it a nice golden crust.

Now, fry for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat the onions, garlic, and tomatoes.

Add spices. I used cumin, chili flakes, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the pork and sliced carrots over the vegetables. Pour over the vegetable broth.

Let it simmer for one and a half hour on low heat.

Sprinkle some fresh parsley over and serve near some pickles and a toast bread.
