Quick Caramelized Onions

Add a touch of sweetness to your regular meals with these quick and delicious homemade caramelized onions. A delicious topping for burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and more.


- Onions - Salt - Sugar - Balsamic Vinegar -Olive Oil

Wash and peel the onions.

Cut the onions into slices of about ⅛" thick.

In a pan, pour olive oil and caramelize a little bit the onions.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the lid and mix them from time to time to avoid burning the onions.

Add balsamic vinegar, sugar and let them to caramelize for a few extra minutes. Mix them continously.
