Red Velvet Cake Without Buttermilk

Delicious Red Velvet Cake made without using buttermilk. You will get a similar fluffy texture even if we will replace the buttermilk from the ingredients.

Cream Cheese

Mix the lemon juice with single cream.

After that, mix the eggs with cane sugar.

Combine the compositions from two previous steps. Add food coloring.

Melt the butter and add it over the cake composition.

In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

Sift the dry ingredients over the wet and mixed ones.

Move the obtained composition in a baking form. Bake it for 40 minutes at 325°F.

Cut the top layer of the cake, then slice the cake into 3 slices.

Now, prepare the frosting for the cake. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with single cream.

Now assembly the red velvet cake. Put 1 layer of baked cake, then 1 layer of frosting. Repeat two more times.

In the end, decorate the cake with the top layer that we cut previously.
