Rosemary Rabbit

Rosemary rabbit slow cooked with celery, onions and garlic. A delicious way to prepare rosemary rabbit that will make the rabbit meat fall off the bones.

Ingredients:

Rabbit

Celery

Rosemary

Onions

Garlic

Season the rabbit with salt and black pepper. Mix well and leave the meat to marinate.

Cut the onion and celery and put them in a sauce pan.

Take another frying pan, pour the olive oil and fry the crushed garlic cloves in it.

Over the garlicky oil, put the rabbit meat and give it a crust.

After that, put the rabbit over the vegetables onions and celery that we sliced earlier.

Add the vinegar and water into the sauce pan.

Cover with a lid and let the rabbit to cook for 1.5-2 hours on low heat.
