These crispy and flavorful salmon rissoles are made with fresh salmon, potatoes, and herbs. They are perfect for a quick and healthy meal or snack.
Using a fork, mash the boiled potatoes. Then add over them melted butter. Mix well.
Chop finelly the dill and put them over our previous mixture of potatoes and butter. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Form the salmon rissoles and fry them on the frying pan.
