Salt and Pepper Belly Pork

Salt and pepper belly pork made from pork belly, garlic, red pepper, and spring onions. Fried on low heat to remove the fat excesses then cook on medium heat to form a crust that will keep the meat juice inside.

Ingredients:

Pork Belly

Spring Onion

Garlic

Red Pepper

Take a wok and cook the pork belly on low heat in it.

After the fat will melt, increase the heat and cook for a few minutes to give a nice crust to pork belly.

Set the meat aside to drain all the excess fat.

Chop the red pepper, spring onions, and garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Put the pork belly back into the wok over the sauteed vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
