Sardines Omelette

This sardines omelette is a delicious way to start your day. It is made with eggs, spring onions, sardines, and kapia, but you can add and other ingredients to your liking.

Ingredients:

Cut the kapia and spring onion into smaller pieces. Put them in a bowl near the canned sardines. Mix well.

In another plate, break the eggs and season them with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs to incorporate the yolks.

Pour the beaten eggs over the sardines and vegetables.

Pour the obtained composition in a frying pan. Cook for about 12-15 minutes.
