Stewed chicken cooked in the slow cooker with celery, potatoes, carrots, onions, and peppers. Ideal for a weeknight meal for the entire family.

Ingredients:

Cut the vegetables into small cubes as in the image below:

Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker and season with black pepper and salt to taste.

Leave everything to simmer for 1.5-2 hours at medium heat (190°F).
