Crispy White Fish Fillet with Vegetables

Delicious white fish fillet cooked in a crust baked in the oven on a carpet of carrots and sliced onions which will make the fish even juicier. This dish is very easy to make and it is a restaurant-quality meal that you can prepare at home.

First of all we should clean the fish and to remove all the fish bones.

Prepare the marinade.

In a bowl, mix the lemon peel with lemon juice, olive oil, chilly flakes, salt, pepper and other aromatic herbs that you like.

Cover the fish with the marinade and leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Now, use breadcrumbs or make your own. Grate fresh garlic, and season with salt and pepper over a few slices of bread.

Put the bread into the oven, and bake for 10 minutes. After that, crush the roasted bread into breadcrumbs.

Over the breadcrumbs add freshly chopped parsley and grated parmesan. Mix well.

Cut the onions, and carrots into slices, and arrange them in an oven pan.

Put the fish over the vegetables and pour the marinade leftovers.

After that, cover the fish with a crust mix we just prepared.

Cook the fish for about 20-25 minutes at 350F.
