Add a little bit of salt over the dill and rub it well in a mortar.

Add honey and mustard over the fresh dill, then mix again until an uniform composition.
2 tablespoons Honey, 1 teaspoon Mustard
At the end add mayonnaise and if is needed you can adjust the salt to taste.

Notes
For the most vibrant and intense dill flavor, opt for fresh dill over dried dill. Remember to crush it in a mortar with a pinch of salt to enhance its color and taste.
To maximize flavor, let the prepared sauce chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. This resting period allows the flavors to meld and intensify.
Feel free to experiment with the sauce's flavor profile. Add a dash of lemon juice for extra acidity or explore different herbs and spices to create unique variations tailored to your family's preferences.
If using store-bought mayonnaise, the sauce can be safely stored in the fridge for an extended period. However, if you've made homemade mayo, consume the sauce within a week to maintain its freshness and quality.
Using a mortar and pestle to crush the dill with salt not only intensifies flavor but also enhances the visual appeal of the sauce, giving it a vibrant green hue.
