Ingredients for the potato wedges:

  • 5 Potatoes Use two big potatoes or 3 medium potatoes per serving.
  • Rosemary to taste
  • 1-2 Garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 3-4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients for the dill sauce:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped dill
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup of sour cream or yogurt.


  • Peel off the potatoes and wash them well.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges. And put them into a pan.
  • Cover all the potatoes with water.
  • Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes.
  • Take off the boiled potatoes from the water and put them on a baking pan.
  • Add all the condiments and olive oil over the potatoes and mix well all the ingredients.
  • Distribute evenly all the potato wedges on the pan in a single layer.
  • Put the potatoes for about 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 C.
  • Take of the potatoes from the oven and our dish is ready to be served.

  • Get ready the dill, 2-3 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup of sour cream or yoghurt and salt to taste.
  • Chopp well the dill and the garlic cloves and put them into the plate over sour cream.
