Massage the chicken breasts well on all sides with the spice mix we just made.
1 Chicken Breast
Move the chicken breast on the casserole.
Arrange the tomatoes around the meat and sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese over the chicken breast.
14 Cherry Tomatoes, 2 tablespoons Parmesan
Preheat the oven and cook the meat for 40-50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Allow the cooked chicken breasts to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing or serving. This resting period helps the juices redistribute, resulting in juicier and more tender meat.
Ensure that the Italian spice mix is evenly distributed over the chicken breasts. Massage the mix onto all sides of the chicken to guarantee a balanced flavor.
To avoid overcooking and drying out the chicken, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. Remove the chicken from the oven when it reaches 165°F (74°C).
