Delicious cabbage pudding casserole made using a few simple ingredients and baked in the oven. All you will need to do is to shred all the vegetables and mix them with ground meat and breadcrumbs and bake in the oven until perfection.
Slice the cabbage, carrot and onion using a mandoline slicer.
1 lb Cabbage, 1 Carrot, 1 Onion
Drop everything in a large bowl in which it will be convinient for you to mix all the ingredients.
After that add the ground pork meat.
25 oz Ground Pork
Now, add the breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix everything well until you will get a uniform composition.
1 cup Breadcrumbs, 2 Egg, ½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper, 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
Put the obtained composition in a casserole.
Using your fingers, press on the composition to make a uniform layer, and remove the air excesses from it.
Preheat the oven to 350F and bake the cabbage pudding for about 45 minutes.
In the end, for extra color and freshness, sprinkle over the cabbage pudding freshly chopped parsley.

Notes
When you will arrange the meat and vegetable composition in the casserole, ensure that you will arrange it in an even layer to obtain a uniform baked cabbage pudding.
Put the casserole on the second shelf from the bottom to avoid burning the top surface.
