This Greek Tzatziki Sauce recipe is a simple and flavorful dip made with grated cucumbers, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and olive oil. It's perfect for dipping vegetables or pita bread, or as a topping for grilled meats or sandwiches.
Grate the cucumbers and put them in a plate in which it will be convenient for you to mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
1 cup Cucumbers
Mince the garlic cloves and drop them over the cucumbers.
2 Cloves Garlic
Chop the parsley finely and add it to the plate.
1 Branch Parsley
Add yogurt, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.
1 ½ cup Greek Yogurt, 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice, ½ Salt
Mix well until you incorporate all the ingredients. The sauce is ready!

Notes
For the best results, leave the sauce to rest for about 1 hour in the fridge. It is best cold, plus all the ingredients will have time to meld together.
