Notes
Season the asparagus at the end, so you don't end up with burnt garlic and a bitter taste.
When you're loading up the air fryer, spread them out so they cook evenly. Cramming them in just gets you soggy asparagus. Got a lot? Do them in batches to get them just right.
I usually go with melted butter for flavor and to help them brown up nicely, but if you're keeping it vegan, olive oil or avocado oil works great too.
Cooking times can be a bit of a guess since it depends on how thick your asparagus is and what air fryer you're using. The thin ones cook quicker, so keep an eye on them to avoid overdoing it.
