Take 1/2 cup of water in which you boiled the pasta and pour it over the egg and parmesan sauce that we made earlier. Mix immediately to avoid coagulating the eggs.
Strain the pasta.
Combine the Elements
Add over the strained pasta fried bacon. Mix well.
Add the carbonara sauce and mix the pasta well. You should get a creamy texture.
In the end, you may sprinkle a little bit of freshly grated parmesan, raw olive oil and a little bit more of black pepper.

Notes
To optimize the cooking time, start cooking the pasta in the same time as when you will start cooking the bacon.
When mixing the eggs and Parmesan, make sure that the cheese is very finely grated, and ensure that it's mixed well into the egg. This will help it to combine smoothly with the pasta later.
Carbonara is best served immediately. If it sits too long, the sauce can become too thick and clumpy.
