Clean and slice the carrots lengthwise to your desired size.
Take a non-stick skillet and add the butter. Set the heat to medium.
1 tablespoon Butter
Once the butter has melted, add the carrots and sprigs of thyme.
3 branches Thyme, 4 Carrots
Cook for 10 minutes or until the carrots are al dente.
Add the honey and continue cooking for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
2 teaspoon Honey
Remove from heat and let the flavors meld for 15 minutes.
Serve as a side dish to your chosen main course.

If you find that the honey-butter glaze is too runny for your liking, you can let it simmer a bit longer on low heat until it reaches your desired consistency.
