Elevate your holiday table with this 4-Ingredient Creamy Artichoke Dip. Quick, easy, and utterly irresistible, it's the gourmet touch you need. Perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas!
Thoroughly drain the artichoke hearts, then press them to remove any excess liquid. Make sure they're dry to prevent the dip from becoming too runny.
2 cups Artichokes
Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces, but not so finely that they turn into a paste. A chunky texture will add more structure to the dip.
Place the chopped artichoke hearts in a large mixing bowl.
Crush the garlic over the artichoke hearts. The amount of garlic depends on your personal taste preference.
1 clove Garlic
Add the shredded or finely chopped cheeses. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly until they are uniformly combined.
1 cup Cream Cheese, 7 oz Brie Cheese
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it into an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the surface of the dip is golden brown, and the cheese has melted and formed a slightly crispy crust.
After baking, let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the artichoke dip with toasted bread, crackers, or raw vegetables for dipping.

Notes
If you're craving a dip with a bit more zip, consider adding a splash of lemon juice or a dash of hot sauce to give it a subtle tang or a kick of heat.
This dip can easily be adapted to a slow cooker. Combine all your ingredients in the cooker and set it on low for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. It's perfect for keeping the dip warm during parties!
Don't forget to season with salt and pepper! Even though the cheese brings a lot of flavor, a good seasoning can make all the difference.
For a pop of color and a nutritional boost, mix in some chopped spinach or kale. Just make sure to wilt and drain any greens first to avoid adding extra moisture to the dip.
If you’ve got leftovers, store them in an airtight container. The flavors will continue to develop, and it'll taste even better the next day.
