Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 lb Potatoes
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 5 tablespoon Buffalo Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and dry well the chicken breast or other meat that you decided to use.
    1 lb Chicken Breast
  • Cut the meat into suitable pieces.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into approximately equal sizes.

  • Take a large bowl and put in it the meat and the potatoes. Pour over them the spices and sauce you decided to use for the marinade.
    1 lb Chicken Breast, 1 lb Potatoes, 4 Cloves Garlic, 5 tablespoon Buffalo Sauce, ¼ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Mix everything well and leave to marinate the chicken and potatoes for at least 30 minutes.
  • Put the potatoes and chicken breast in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook them at 375°F / 190°C for about 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, remove the air fryer basket and shake it to flip the ingredients. Cook for another 10-20 minutes.

Notes

  • Don't cut the meat into small pieces because you risk drying the meat.
  • Pick potatoes that are suitable for baking. Pick those that cook quickly. If you don't know which of them to pick, you can't go wrong with the Russet potatoes.
  • The timing in this recipe is for the Cosori Air Fryer 5.8QT. If you use another model, check the ingredients after 30 minutes and adjust the timing accordingly.
